DELIVERY INFORMATION

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days unless a different processing time is shown on the product page.

Personalised products are made to order. Processing begins once we have received the required personalisation details 

UK DELIVERY

Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Standard delivery charge: £3.75

Tracked 48 is a delivery service used after dispatch and does not mean that the complete order will arrive within 48 hours of being placed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed service in writing.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, details will be provided after dispatch. Please allow time for the tracking information to become active.

DELAYS

Postal delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy seasonal periods, severe weather or disruption outside our control.

If an order has not arrived within the expected period, contact orders@heapsoffun.co.uk with your order number.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.

If an order has already been dispatched, we might be unable to redirect it. Additional postage may be charged if a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete.

ORDERS NEEDED FOR A PARTICULAR DATE

Please contact us before ordering if an item is required for a birthday, wedding or other fixed date. We cannot guarantee arrival by a particular date unless this has been agreed in writing.

LOCAL COLLECTION

Collection may be available by prior arrangement from near Sedbergh, Cumbria. Please contact us before visiting so that we can confirm when your order will be ready and arrange a suitable collection time.

BALLOON DÉCOR

Balloon arrangements and venue décor may have separate collection or local-delivery arrangements. These will be agreed with you when discussing your booking.
