Delivery Information

Processing time
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days, unless a different time is shown on the product page. Personalised items are made to order, and we start making yours once we have all the personalisation details we need. If anything is missing or unclear, we’ll be in touch, and your order will be dispatched once it’s sorted.

Pre-orders
Some items, such as our school leavers hoodies, are sold as pre-orders. The expected dispatch date is shown on the product page. If your order includes pre-order items alongside other items, we’ll send everything together when the pre-order items are ready, unless you ask us to split the order.

UK delivery
Delivery costs depend on what you order:

• Most items: £3.75 by Royal Mail Tracked 48, or £5.00 for Tracked 24
• Cards and Christmas money envelopes: £1.80 by Royal Mail 1st Class
• Christmas stickers: £2.70 by Royal Mail Tracked 48
• School leavers book: £4.00

Free UK delivery on orders of £20 or more. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

The delivery cost for each item is shown on its product page and confirmed at checkout.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2–3 working days of dispatch. Please allow for our processing time as well, since your order won’t necessarily arrive within 48 hours of being placed.

Tracking
For tracked deliveries, you’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. Cards sent by Royal Mail 1st Class are not tracked. It can take a little while for tracking to update.

Delays and lost parcels
Delays occasionally happen, especially at busy times of year or during bad weather. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please email orders@heapsoffun.co.uk with your order number. We’ll look into it with Royal Mail. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Incorrect addresses
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away. We may not be able to change it once your order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we may need to charge postage to send it again.

Orders needed by a particular date
If you need an item for a birthday, wedding or other special date, please get in touch before ordering. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date unless we’ve agreed it in writing.

Local collection
Free collection may be available near Sedbergh and Kirkby Stephen, Cumbria, by prior arrangement. Please contact us before visiting so we can confirm your order is ready and arrange a time.

Balloon décor
Collection or local delivery for balloon arrangements and venue décor is arranged separately when you book with us.
